im a WOWOWEE FAN, deal with it!

Wow. this sembreak is wholotta fun.. especially at around noon of every weekday.

I am really amazed of how I've grown up to be a Wowowee fan. I don't like willie to begin with. but now, i think i neither like or dislike him. neutral. well, I love the show nonetheless. But not to the extent that I'll fall in line for days and let people step on my unconscious body that will eventually kill me just to be in that show. I'm a fan of wowowee with selfishly chauvinistic reasons. I enjoy watching people who desperately seek willie's attention. What the heck is BOOM TARAT TARAT? sing and dance and then get picked if you made a total jerk out of yourself. people in their 80's or 90's apparently have ADHD. laughtrip! also, apparently, everyone has grave problems and talents at the same time. where do you find someone who talks bout her mother being mortally ill and then 3 seconds later, she's dancing "spaghett-ing pataas, pataas ng pataas..." WHo can't help but laugh right? Where on earth can you find a host who reads "SACHET" by with a strong-sounding "T", huh? I hate silent letters too, but I never fall with "sachet", never. Bottomline, I like to laugh. And wowowee satisfies that need. that is why i'm a fan.

I suggest, just for once, watch it. I usually change channels after the BIGa-Ten cause I'm not a fan of pera o Bayong. well, if you like learning different color-names which are weird-sounding, go ahead, finish the show.

I'm glad I didn't miss wowowee last saturday. *boom tarat tarat, boom tarat tarat, tararat, tararat, boom boom boom* haha.

THE SEM THAT WAS: P.E, POKER, POOR EXAM RESULTS

this is one of the most memorable semester i have ever had.

I would not probably forget my weight training class, where almost everyday, i can't stop thinking why am i in such a class. It's my 5th PE. My PE class has the poorest internal control over students' weight training records. (Naks. hi mam valcarcel). I would easily jot down that i lifted a heavier wieght without actually contracting any muscle group. it's incredible. (i dunno if this is safe to say now, baka masingko ako, i'll take the risk anyway). But i did it seldomly. Usually when my shoulder aches from a tennis game, or abadminton game the day before. oh, who would forget the written exam in PE. Wow, even Satan wouldn't get a score of 40. it was hard. 45 items. You have to know your anatomy (verbatim), and our daily exercise routines. i particularly liked "gluteus maximus".

did i mention I almost bashed someone's head with two 20lbs plates? how could i not forget that. It still gives me chills just writing bout it. hi ria! i'm so sory, i almost accidentally killed you.

POKER. a modern day sport. Sometimes when i calculate all my losses, it would amount to around 1,000 pesos or more. Almost all in mico's wallet now. and this is only like 7 days of poker. in "days" in meant 1hour and 30mins. We would usually play 1-2:30 mth in BA. poker is not allowed in BA after mam glo caught this group of boys playing at the CDR. how lousy was that?
I bought a new poker set for the purpose of using it in our org's poker tour, the first ever in UP. and also to secretly practice at home. why do i always lose? imagine one time, i got a "full king" and then my pokermate had "quadro Aces". that was really bull.

i'm going home!!

As i predicted, i got low scores on every final exam i took on a certain Thursday. the worst was controllership. I was not surprised, at all.

Anyway, i'm off to "Tuwerao", mia's modification of Tuguegarao, which i miss so much. Although my sem isn't done yet, (i still have two papers which keep me busy every night), i need to go home right away. there's this urgent call that i have to go home.

post-exam depression/anger

shit!!! i envision that I will fail all my exams.. but thats ok.. what really is a bummer is this text message saying that I did not complete my SSS field work!!! 47.05 hours my ass!!!! There's this list of students who did not finish their 50hour work. i mean one of our classmates had only 45 hours but got his certificate! why can't i? tell me.. this really sucks!! shit!! I swore i'll never go back to sss, but i guess promises are made to be broken.. I wonder why ivan isn't on the list..

exams suck bigtime

i have three more exams to go and all will be administered on thursday (tomorrow). and only a day to study. Im no super human. I think exams are not important. They don't prove anything. So what if you failed a controllership exam, does that make you less of a person? damn no! I refuse to be identified with my grades, or exam scores. Wow! i cant believe i just said that. pressure's slowly sucking me in. got to study. hard, real hard. I've memorized quite a number of words now. I have to get high scores. oh god, what's that word again.. ADEQUATE!!! bank balances, cash records... all that crap..

Figure me out.

no poker for today.

Who would have thought that our "one-time, big time" poker game would not push through. I am highly disappointed. Having read articles on how to play WPT style for the past three days in exchange for case analyses, for a night at starbucks with friends, for studying for the exam week. I even practiced with some of my friends which costs me around 200 bucks. I even misseed wowowee last saturday!!! that's how dismayed i was. Motherpoker!!!

I even brought along my poker set which weighs almost half my body weight, with my laptop (around two kilos), and some books.This really sucks. My shoulders hurt.

my co-competitors are disheartened themselves. Anyway, bottomline: there is always a next time.

got exams to study for. poker will have to wait for now.

I missed wowowee still. this really sucks. honestly.
